With an M.A. in Communication Studies, Stephanie Alderdice enjoyed success as a national championship speech & debate coach at Western Kentucky University and manager of SpeechGeek Market – an e-commerce site for high school speech & debate materials - before taking ownership of the agency in 2016.
Her unique background in communication, digital marketing, and social media first brought her to the agency in 2014. Stephanie oversees operations as a “Jane-of-All-Trades” guiding strategic direction and client relationships while working on design, web development, messaging, and social media.
In addition to her time at SixtyOne Celsius, Stephanie is proud to support her community and actively seeks opportunities to develop her professional skills. In 2019, Stephanie was accepted into the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Arkansas Class XIV. She has served as a board member for various organizations, including the Hot Springs Area Community Foundation, Hot Springs Documentary Film Festival, and Hot Springs National Park Rotary Club, among others. Through SixtyOne Celsius, she is an active member of the Greater Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce, Hot Springs Metro Partnership, and Little Rock
Stephanie has been recognized as a member of the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels by the Kentucky State Legislature, a Paul Harris Fellow by Rotary International, a Rising Star by the Greater Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce, and one of Arkansas Business' 40 Under 40.
